A meeting of the general body of MTCSV is planned for Sunday, Feb 19 after service with the following agenda. All members are requested to attend.

• Approval of annual report 2022​
• Approval of non-budgeted and over-budgeted items​
• Approval of accounts 2022 / auditor’s report 2022​
• Approval of Budget 2023​
• Election:​
  • Election of assembly representative​
  • Election of mandalam representative​
  • Election of church Auditor​
• Updates about MTCSV signature project​
• Any other matters with the permission of the chair​
