Worship Service 

We will have Holy communion service in English on Sunday, February 2nd, at 10AM starting with Praise.  Adult study starts at 9AM.

General Body 

We will have a meeting of the parish General Body on Sunday Feb 9 after service. All  members are requested to attend.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Body meeting of the Mar Thoma Church of Silicon Valley will be held at the church on Sunday, Feb 9, 2020 after the Holy Communion Service, under the leadership of Vicar, Rev. Larry P. Varghese, to transact the following 

AGENDA: 

1. Prayer 
2. Presidential Address 
3. To receive, consider and approve the Annual Report for the year 2019. 
4. Approval of non-budgeted and over budgeted items and expenditure for the year 2019. 
5. To receive, consider and adopt the receipt and payment account for the year 2019 along with the Auditors report, if any. 
6. To pass the budget for the year 2020. 
7. Any other matter with the permission of the chair  
8. Minutes 
9. Vote of thanks 
10. Prayer and Benediction 

All Edavaka Sangham members are requested to attend and participate in the meeting

Green Tips for Computers

• Turn off your computer when not in use. It doesn’t hurt it. Really!
• Check computer settings for standby mode—computers should be set to go into standby mode when left unused for periods of time.
• Keep computer equipment updated; current new computers and monitors are more energy efficient than those more than a few years old.
• When replacing computer equipment, donate the old equipment to a charity or nonprofit if possible. If not, take it to an electronics recycling facility. See Where to Recycle Computers in Canada and Computer Recycling in the U.S.
