Parish Day Celebrations & One Day Income Offertory

Dearly Beloved in Christ,

Greetings in the name of the Triune God. I hope and pray that you and your family are doing well by the grace of God. We have reached the third month of the year, and as a faith community we are looking forward with Christian faith, hope, vision, and determination so that our ministry would further the gospel and the Kingdom of God. The Apostle Paul says: “Therefore, my beloved, be steadfast, immovable, always excelling in the work of the Lord, because you know that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.” (1 Corinthians 15:58, NRSV)

We will be celebrating our parish day this month. By the grace of God, our church has been very active in outreach and ministry, especially during this pandemic. The various organizations & ministries of the church are dynamic, and working arduously to ensure this is carried out in the most efficient and fruitful way. Many opportunities of support and work for the Kingdom of God are available for us. The question is how willing we are to work for the cause of the gospel. Our community, society, the world are in need of God’s divine presence. Either we are guided by our conveniences or our convictions. Let us respond creatively and positively to Christ’s love.

As per the decision of our Executive Committee, we will be having our Parish Day Celebrations & One Day Income Offertory collection on Sunday, March 13, 2022 during the Holy Qurbana worship. All earning parish members of each family (including working youths) are encouraged to support the mission and ministry of our church by donating their One Day income through this special offering. 

The various ministries of the church are catering to the spiritual needs and growth of the faithful. Your continued prayers and presence are requested to further the ministry for the glory of His Kingdom. Let us offer our time, talents, and treasures for the building up of the Holy Church. I would like to personally thank you for your prayers and support these days. Do continue to uphold our parish and the ministry in your prayers. 

May the blessings of God the Father, Son, & the Holy Spirit be with us all.
